Ziplining in La Salle County

Zip Chicago Canopy Tours in Marseilles, IL
Zip Chicago Canopy Tours is located at The Cliffs Off Road Park just outside of Marseilles, IL.
This is one of the highest, longest, tours in Illinois and Wisconsin.

That's me!  I still can't believe I did it!
The Full Tour of 6 ziplines up to 1,000' long and 2 suspension bridges (150' of bridges) are professionally guided, with two guides assisting every ten thrill seekers.

It was amazing to zip through the tree canopy and reach speeds of 50 miles per hour.

One of two rope bridges on the course
There were two rope bridges and light hiking between the ziplines.

Guides kept us tethered to lines whenever
we were off the ground.
When your feet are not on the ground you are tethered to a line at all times for safety.  There are two cables holding you to the line while you zip across canyons, through the trees and also while you are on the rope bridges.

The full tour took just over an hour and a half.

I was fortunate to have this experience with my friends from the La Salle County Tourism Coalition.  This group is dedicated to making sure that people know about all of the fantastic things to do in our area.
Kathy Casstevens Jasiek lands at the bottom
of a zip where she reached over 50 mph.
